PUT VI / RIGHT ISSUE VI
Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan penambahan modal dengan mengeluarkan saham baru dari portepel sejumlah sebanyak-banyaknya 11.706.543.991
(sebelas miliar tujuh ratus enam juta lima ratus empat puluh tiga ribu sembilan ratus sembilan puluh satu) saham dengan nilai nominal
Rp 100,00 (seratus Rupiah) per saham. Pemegang saham Perseroan yang tidak menggunakan haknya untuk memesan efek terlebih dahulu dalam PUT VI dapat
terdilusi paling banyak 23,65% dengan perbandingan rasio 100:31.
The Company plans to increase capital by issuing new shares from the portepel in the maximum amount of 11,706,543,991 (eleven billion seven hundred
six million five hundred forty three thousand nine hundred ninety one) shares with a nominal value of Rp 100.00 (one hundred Rupiah) per share. The
Company's shareholders who do not exercise their pre-emptive rights in the Rights Issue may be diluted by a maximum of 23.65% with a ratio of 100:31. So
the pro forma capital structure and composition of the Company's shareholders before and after PMHMETD V are as follows:

MANAGEMENT
• Mengangkat Bapak Oh In Taek sebagai Direktur Utama Perseroan
To appoint Mr. Oh In Taek as President Director of the Company
• Pengangkatan Bapak Oh In Taek selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan yang telah memperoleh persetujuan dari OJK sebagaimana tercantum
dalam Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisioner OJK nomor KEPR-161/D.03/2023 tanggal 13 Desember 2023. Efektif sejak tanggal dikeluarkannya
persetujuan atas penilaian kemampuan dan kepatutan dari OJK dan ditutupnya rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa.
Appointment of Mr. Oh In Taek as President Director of the Company which has obtained approval from the OJK as stated in the Decree of
the OJK Board of Commissioners number KEPR-161/D.03/2023 dated 13 December 2023. Effective from the date of issuance of approval for
the fit and proper test from the OJK and the closing of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
