Benturan Kepentingan, bersama ini kami menyampaikan bahwa PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk
("Perseroan") telah melakukan transaksi penjualan Rumah Toko kepada PT Asuransi Central Asia (
selanjutnya disebut “Transaksi”) pada tanggal 21 Desember 2023.
In order to comply with POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of
Interest Transactions, we hereby convey that PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk (the "Company") has
has carried out sale transactions of company’s shophouse to PT. Asuransi Central Asia (hereinafter
referred to as "Transaction") on December 21, 2023.
