Distribution of interim dividend for the financial year 2023 to the
Shareholders ("Interim Dividend Distribution").
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ Perseroan berencana untuk Melakukan Pembagian Dividen
Description on the Information or Interim/ The Company intends to Distribute the Interim
Material Facts Dividend.
Pembagian Dividen Interim ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Pasal
72 ayat (1) dan ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007
tentang Perseroan Terbatas (“UUPT”), dan Pasal 18 anggaran
dasar Perseroan, dimana (i) Perseroan dapat membagikan
dividen interim sebelum tahun buku Perseroan berakhir; dan (ii)
pembagian dividen interim ditetapkan berdasarkan keputusan
Direksi setelah memperoleh persetujuan Dewan Komisaris dan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham.
The Interim Dividend Distribution is conducted with regards to
Article 72 paragraph (1) and (4) of Law Number 40 Year 2007

regarding Limited Liabilities Companies (“Company Law”) and
Article 18 of the Company’s articles of association, wherein (i)
The Company may distribute interim dividend before the end of
a financial year; and (ii) interim dividend distribution may be
stated in resolutions of the Board of Directors following the
approval from the Board of Commissioners and the General
Meeting of Shareholders.
Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan serta, dengan
mempertimbangkan antara lain kondisi keuangan dan rencana
bisnis ke depan Perseroan, jumlah dividen interim yang akan
dibagikan kepada pemegang saham secara keseluruhan
adalah sebesar Rp312.794.249.600,-
Based on the calculation that has been carried out and, by
taking into account, among others, the financial conditions and
future business plan of the Company, the interim dividend that
will be distributed will be in the full amount of
IDR312,794,249,600,-
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
