UTAMI, S.H., M.HUM., M.KN. in accordance with the official
duplicate copy of deed number 251 Dated 31 March 2026
concerning the Amendment to the Articles of Association of
PT BANK CENTRAL ASIA Tbk dated 31 March 2026, under
Registration Number 4026033131230752 has met the
requirements for the Amendment of a Company’s Articles of
Association;
b. That in connection with the consideration referred to in letter
a above, it is necessary to issue a decision of the Minister of
Law concerning Approval of the Amendment to the Articles
of Association of PT BANK CENTRAL ASIA Tbk;
HAS DECIDED:

FIRST : Approving the Amendment to the Articles of Association of - PT
BANK CENTRAL ASIA Tbk – with Taxpayer ID No. (NPWP)
0013084496091000, domiciled in CENTRAL JAKARTA, for it is
found to conform with the data contained in the Data
Amendment Form as stored in the database of the Legal Entity
Administrative System (Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum), in
accordance with the official duplicate copy of deed number 251

SECOND : This Decision shall come into effect as of the date of its issuance.
