Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada Kamis, tanggal 30 November 2023, Perseroan telah
melakukan penandatanganan akta jual beli atas saham TRJA
sebesar 1,117,548,000 (satu miliar seratus tujuh belas juta
lima ratus empat puluh delapan ribu) lembar saham atau
setara dengan 74% (tujuh puluh empat persen) dari seluruh
total modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh yang sebelumnya
dimiliki oleh PT Damai Investama Sukses (DIS) dan PT MSJ
Investama Abadi (MSJ)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas transaksi tersebut Perseroan menjadi pengendali baru
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan TRJA. Transaksi tersebut juga akan mendiversifikasi layanan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dan akan memperkuat posisi Perseroan pada
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau industri jasa pertambangan.

Description of Material Information or On Thursday, November 30th 2023, the Company signed a
Facts sale and purchase deed for TRJA shares amounting to
1,117,548,000 (one billion hundred seventeen million five
hundred and forty eight thousand) shares or the equivalent of
74% (seventy four percent) of the total Issued and fully paid
capital previously owned by PT Damai Investama Sukses
("DIS") and PT MSJ Investama Abadi ("MSJ")
Impact of event, material information or Due to this transaction, the Company became the new
facts towards Issuers or Public controller of TRJA. This transaction will also diversify the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company's services and will strengthen the Company's
financial condition, or going concern position in the mining services industry.
