In connection with the plan of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk.
(the "Company") to hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") 2025, as we
have previously conveyed through our letter No. 290/DIR-CSE/2026 dated March 13, 2026
regarding Publication of Announcement of the Annual GMS 2025 of PT Bank Pembangunan
Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. in order to fulfill the provisions of the Company's Articles
of Association by taking into account the provisions of the Indonesia Financial Services
Authority Regulation No.15/POJK.04 /2020 dated April 20, 2020 regarding the Plan and
Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies and Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 14 of 2025 dated June 20, 2025 concerning the
Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders, General Meetings of Bondholders, and
General Meetings of Sukuk Holders Electronically, we hereby submit the Invitation to the
AGMS 2025 and Proof of Advertisement for the Invitation to the AGMS 2025 which has been
published on the website of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), the website of PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX), and the Company's website on March 30, 2026.
