Mitsui & Co, Ltd. (Mitsui).
2. Tujuan Perjanjian ini terkait masuknya investasi dari Mitsui
di anak perusahaan PT Pangan Lestari (PL).
3. Nilai setoran modal Mitsui ke PL sejumlah Rp 150 milyar.
