from Mitsui into the Company’s subsidiary PT Pangan
Lestari ("PL").
3. The value of Mitsui's capital contribution to PL is IDR 150
billion.
4. Not an affiliate transaction.
5. Does not contain a conflict of interest.
4 Consequences of the Change in Company ownership in PL from 99.9% to 77.8%.

before 31 December 2023.
