3 Uraian Informasi 1. Penandatanganan Perjanjian antara Perseroan dengan
atau Fakta Material Mitsui & Co, Ltd. (“Mitsui”).
2. Tujuan Perjanjian ini terkait masuknya investasi dari
Mitsui di anak perusahaan PT Pangan Lestari (“PL”).
3. Nilai setoran modal Mitsui ke PL sejumlah Rp 150 milyar.
4. Bukan transaksi afiliasi.
5. Tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan.
4 Dampak kejadian Perubahan kepemilikan Perseroan di PL dari 99,9% menjadi
77,8%.
5 Lain-lain Pelaksanaan investasi diperkirakan sebelum 31 Desember
2023.
