   Response:
   The Company does not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of
   the Company's securities or the decision to divest investors as stipulated in the Financial
   Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information
   or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies.

2. Does the Company is aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of
   the company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number
   I-E: Obligation to Information Disclosure provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Appendix to the
   Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/IDX/01-2021

    Response:
    The Company does not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of
    the company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Regulation
    Number I-E: Obligation to Information Disclosure provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Appendix
    to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/IDX/01-2021,
    except in connection with changes in shares ownership owned by DKSH Holding AG as a result
    of the exercise of its pre-emptive rights, from previously it holds 945,950,867 Series A shares
    to holds 945,950,867 Series A shares and 990,000,000 Series B.

    However, as at the date of this Response, DKSH Holding AG has not reported the change in
    its shares’ ownership in the Company pursuant to Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
    11/POJK.04/2017 on the Share Ownership Reporting in Public Companies (“POJK 11/2017”).

3. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
   Company's securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the
   public.
   Response:
   Apart from the information disclosed in the annual Public Expose dated April 27, 2023 which
   contains the Company's performance in 2022 and the second quarter of 2023, as well as the
   results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), there is no other information
   that has not been disclosed by the Company regarding other important information/facts/events
   that are material and may affect the Company's securities price and the Company's viability.


4. Does the Company is aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the
   Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Ownership
   Report or Any Change in Share Ownership of Public Companies?
   Response:
   The Company does not know or have information on the changes in shares ownership by
   shareholders who own shares of more than 5% as referred to in POJK 11/2017 on the Share
   Ownership Reporting in Public Companies, except in connection with changes in shares
   ownership owned by DKSH Holding AG as a result of the exercise of its pre-emptive rights,
   from previously it holds 945,950,867 Series A shares to holds 945,950,867 Series A shares
   and 990,000,000 Series B.

    However as at the date of this Response, DKSH Holding AG has not reported the change in its
    shares’ ownership in the Company pursuant to POJK 11/2017.

5. Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
   plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least in the next
   3 months)?
   Response:
   The Company does not have a corporate action plan that will result in the listing of the
   Company's shares, at least in the next 3 months.


6. The plan of the substantial shareholder is related to his shareholding in the Company. In this
   case, the Corporate Secretary must first ask the major shareholder in answering the
   confirmation.
   Response:

    Based on confirmation from DKSH Holding AG as the Company’s substantial and controlling
    shareholder, they currently do not have any plans related to its shareholding in the Company.
