Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 18 Februari 2026, PT Citra Cito Perkasa (CCP),
yang merupakan anak usaha Perseroan, telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli Hak Atas
Bangunan dengan PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA),
dimana MPPA bermaksud untuk membeli gedung bertingkat
yang didirikan di atas tanah bersama yang di dalamnya
terdapat rumah susun seluas 16.138,06 m2, yang berlokasi di
Kelurahan Dukuh Menanggal, Kecamatan Gayungan, dengan
alas hak Sertifikat Hak Milik atas Satuan Rumah Susun
(SHMSRS) sebagai berikut:
a. SHMSRS No. 00043;
b. SHMSRS No. 00044;
c. SHMSRS No. 00294;
d. SHMSRS No. 00295;
e. SHMSRS No. 00296;
f. SHMSRS No. 00297;
g. SHMSRS No. 00298;
h. SHMSRS No. 00299;
i. SHMSRS No. 00300;
j. SHMSRS No. 00956;
k. SHMSRS No. 00957;
l. SHMSRS No. 00958;
m. SHMSRS No. 00959;
n. SHMSRS No. 01495; dan
o. SHMSRS No. 01496.
yang dimiliki CCP, dengan harga sebesar Rp351.500.000.000
(tiga ratus lima puluh satu miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah) di luar
Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (Perjanjian).
Berdasarkan Perjanjian, penyelesaian dari pembelian tanah
tersebut tunduk pada beberapa persyaratan yang harus
dipenuhi pihak yang terkait

Description of Material Information or On 18 February 2026, PT Citra Cito Perkasa (CCP), a
Facts subsidiary of the Company, entered into a Conditional Sale
and Purchase Agreement of Building Rights with PT Matahari
Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA), pursuant to which MPPA intends to
purchase a multi-storey building constructed on jointly owned
land, comprising strata title units with a total area of 16.138,06
sqm, located in Dukuh Menanggal Sub-District, Gayungan
District, under the following Certificates of Ownership of Strata
Title Units (SHMSRS) as follows:
a. SHMSRS No. 00043;
b. SHMSRS No. 00044;
c. SHMSRS No. 00294;
d. SHMSRS No. 00295;
e. SHMSRS No. 00296;
f. SHMSRS No. 00297;
g. SHMSRS No. 00298;
h. SHMSRS No. 00299;
i. SHMSRS No. 00300;
j. SHMSRS No. 00956;
k. SHMSRS No. 00957;
l. SHMSRS No. 00958;
m. SHMSRS No. 00959;
n. SHMSRS No. 01495; and

owned by CCP, for a purchase price of IDR 351,500,000,000
(three hundred fifty-one billion five hundred million Rupiah),
excluding Value Added Tax (the Agreement).
Pursuant to the Agreement, the completion of the building
purchase is subject to the completion of several conditions by
relevant parties.
