Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 7 Januari 2026, PT Lancarjaya Mandiri Abadi
(PT LMA) telah menandatangani perjanjian fasilitas kredit dari
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Bank BRI) dengan
rincian sebagai berikut:
I. Transaksi Pinjaman:
A. Fasilitas pinjaman pokok senilai Rp
1.300.000.000.000,- (satu Triliun Tiga Ratus Miliar Rupiah).
Berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Audit PT LMA per 31
Desember 2024, nilai pinjaman PT LMA pada Bank BRI
mencapai 65,7% dari ekuitas sehingga merupakan transaksi
material sesuai POJK 17/2020, yang mewajibkan PT LMA dan
Perseroan melakukan keterbukaan informasi kepada publik,
OJK, serta pengungkapan dalam laporan tahunan.
II. Transaksi Agunan:
A. Agunan Pokok
Piutang Usaha, Piutang Retensi, Tagihan Bruto, maupun
Tagihan yang akan timbul dengan nilai tambahan agunan PT
LMA, sehingga total agunan pokok sebesar Rp1.
450.000.000.000,-.
B. Agunan Tambahan
Sebidang tanah atas nama PT LMA senilai Rp10.513.000.000.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 1. Transaksi material ini memberikan kontribusi positif
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan bagi PT LMA dalam membantu pelaksanaan proyek-proyek
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang sedang berjalan maupun yang akan didapatkan oleh PT
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau LMA.
Perusahaan Publik 2. Transaksi ini tidak menimbulkan dampak hukum
maupun pengaruh negatif terhadap keberlanjutan usaha PT

Material Transaction - Subsidiary Loan Facility (PT LMA) with
Type of Material Information or Facts PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
Description of Material Information or On 7 January 2026, PT Lancarjaya Mandiri Abadi (PT LMA)
Facts entered into a credit facility agreement with PT Bank Rakyat
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Bank BRI), with the following details:
I. Loan Transaction
A. A principal loan facility amounting to IDR 1,300,000,000,000
(one trillion three hundred billion Rupiah).
Based on PT LMAs audited financial statements as of 31
December 2024, PT LMAs outstanding loans with Bank BRI
represent 65.7% of equity. Accordingly, this transaction
qualifies as a material transaction under POJK No. 17/2020,
which requires PT LMA and the Company to make public
disclosures, report to the Financial Services Authority (OJK),
and disclose the transaction in the annual report.
II. Collateral Transaction
A. Primary Collateral
Trade receivables, retention receivables, gross billings, and/or
future receivables, with additional collateral provided by PT
LMA, resulting in total primary collateral amounting to IDR
1,450,000,000,000.
B. Additional Collateral
A parcel of land registered under the name of PT LMA, valued
at IDR 10,513,000,000.
Impact of event, material information or 1. This material transaction provides a positive contribution to
facts towards Issuers or Public PT LMA by supporting the execution of ongoing projects as
Company’s operational activities, legal, well as projects to be secured by PT LMA in the future.
