Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan
atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Jawaban:

PPRE tidak mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau
Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam bulan mendatang)?

Jawaban:

Aksi korporasi yang akan dilaksanakan paling tidak dalam jangka waktu 1 (satu) bulan kedepan
hanya Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa terkait mata acara persetujuan perubahan
susunan pengurusan, yang direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Januari 2026, dan
dalam pelaksanaan aksi korporasi tersebut PPRE telah memenuhi kewajiban sebagaimana
peraturan perundangan terkait dibidang pasar modal, selebihnya, tidak ada rencana terkait aksi
korporasi yang akan berdampak pada pencatatan saham PPRE.

Apakah ada rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan?
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Jawaban:
Pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan saham di PPRE (paling
tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

Subject: Response to Reguest for Clarification on Securities Trading Volatility

Referring to the letter of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-14215/BEI.PP3/12-2025 dated 16 December 2025
regarding Trading Volatility, specifically concerning the increase in trading activity and price volatility of the
shares of PT PP Presisi Tbk (hereinafter referred to as “PPRE”):
1. The closing price increased by IDR 40 or 34.196, from the previous closing price of IDR 117 to IDR
157.
2. Trading activity increased to 1,257,183,400 shares with 62,488 transactions, compared to the previous
trading day of 10,047,000 shares with 656 transactions.

Based on the foregoing, we hereby provide the following clarifications:

1 Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the Company's
securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated under Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers
or Public Companies?

Response:

PPRE is not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the Company's
Securities or investors' investment decisions which could have contributed to the increase in the
Company's securities value. Such matters are beyond the scope of PPRE's knowledge, therefore,
PPRE is not in a position to make any disclosure pursuant to Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 31/POJK.04/2015 conceming Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies.

2 Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the Company's
securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated under Regulation No. I-E on the Obligation
to Submit Information, specifically points III.2.1 and IV.2.1 of the Appendix to the Decree of the Board
of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021?

Response:

PPRE is not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the Company's
securities or investors' investment decisions which could have contributed to the increase in the
Company's securities value. As such matters are beyond the scope of PPRE's knowledge, PPRE is

Response:
There is no other material information, facts, or significant events that may affect the value of PPRE's
securities or the continuity of PPRE's business that have not been disclosed to the public.

Is the Company aware of any activities by certain shareholders as stipulated under Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes
in Share Ownership of Public Companies?

Response:

PPRE is not aware of any activities by certain shareholders as stipulated under Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes
in Share Ownership of Public Companies.

Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near term, including
corporate plans that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least within
the next month)?

Response:

The only corporate action planned to be undertaken within the next one (1) month is an Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders concerning the agenda item of approving changes to the
composition of the Company's management, which is scheduled to be held on 21 January 2026. In
the implementation of such corporate action, PPRE has complied with all applicable capital market
laws and regulations. Other than the foregoing, there are no plans for corporate actions that may
affect the listing of PPRE's shares.

Are there any plans by the controlling shareholder regarding its share ownership in the Company? In
this regard, please kindly reguest the Corporate Secretary to first confirm with the controlling
shareholder prior to responding to this confirmation

Response:
The controlling shareholder has no plans regarding its share ownership in PPRE, at least within the
next 3 (three) months.
