surat dari Bapak Nurjaman selaku Direktur tertanggal 29 Juli
2026, yang menyampaikan pernyataan pengunduran diri dari
jabatannya sebagai Direktur Perseroan.
Persetujuan atas pengunduran diri tersebut akan dinyatakan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan dengan
jadwal yang akan disampaikan kemudian.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas pengunduran diri Direktur tersebut tidak berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan signifikan pada Perseroan.
