sehubungan dengan penandatangan “Company”) has entered into the following

1. Amandemen Pertama Services 1. First Amendment to the Services
Agreement antara Perseroan, PT Agreement between the Company,
Centratama Menara Indonesia PT Centratama Menara Indonesia
(“CMI”), PT MAC Sarana Djaya (“CMI”), PT MAC Sarana Djaya
(“MSD”), PT Network Quality (“MSD”), PT Network Quality
Indonesia (“NQI”), PT FASTEL Indonesia (“NQI”), PT FASTEL
SARANA INDONESIA (“FSI”) dan PT SARANA INDONESIA (“FSI”), and
EPID Menara Assetco (“EMA”) PT EPID Menara Assetco (“EMA”)
dengan EDGEPOINT with EDGEPOINT
INFRASTRUCTURE SDN. BHD. INFRASTRUCTURE SDN. BHD.
(“EPI MY”); dan (“EPI MY”); and
2. Amandemen Pertama Services 2. First Amendment to the Services
Agreement antara Perseroan, CMI, Agreement between the Company,
MSD, NQI, FSI dan EMA dengan CMI, MSD, NQI, FSI, and EMA with
EDGEPOINT INFRASTRUCTURE EDGEPOINT INFRASTRUCTURE
SG PTE. LTD (“EPI SG”). SG PTE. LTD. (“EPI SG”).
CMI, MSD, NQI, FSI dan EMA merupakan CMI, MSD, NQI, FSI, and EMA are
Pihak Terkendali Perseroan sedangkan EPI subsidiaries of the Company, whereas EPI
SG dan EPI MY merupakan afiliasi dari SG and EPI MY are affiliates of the
pemegang saham utama Perseroan. Company’s ultimate shareholder.
