PENDAHULUAN/ INTRODUCTION
Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan melaksanakan Proyek lmplementasi Aplikasi
System, Application, and Products in Data Processing (SAP)-Enterprise Resources
Planning (ERP) dengan untuk rencana implementasi tersebut, Perseroan telah menunjuk
PT Sinergi Mitra Lestari Indonesia (untuk selanjutnya disebut "PT SMLI") perusahaan
terafiliasi sebagai konsultan pelaksana untuk proyek dimaksud. Transaksi tersebut
sebagaimana di atas merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi yang didasarkan pada ketentuan Pasal
4 POJK No. 42/2020 dan bukan merupakan transaksi material ataupun transaksi yang
mengandung unsur benturan kepantingan. /The company plans to conduct the
Implementation of Application Project System, Application, and Products in Data
Processing (SAP)-Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), for the purpose of the
implementation, the Company appointed PT Sinergi Mitra Lestari Indonesia (hereinafter
refer to "PT SMLI") the affiliated company as the consultant in implementing the project.
This is affiliated transaction that conducted according to Article 4 of FSA Regulation
No.42/2020 and not a material transaction nor transaction that elements contained
conflict of interest.
