   SILO Maintains Stable Revenue of Rp2.35 Trillion in First Quarter 2025
                      Despite Seasonal Challenges

1Q25 vs 1Q24 Financial and Operational Highlights:

    •   Net Revenue, EBITDA, and Net Profit reached Rp2.35tn, Rp670bn, and Rp256bn respectively.
        1Q25 performance was stable compared to 1Q24, impacted by seasonality and a stronger base
        in the prior year.
    •   Patient volumes declined due to festive season and absence of disease seasonality in 1Q25, with
        Inpatient Admissions reaching 75,259, Inpatient Days at 233,109, and Outpatient Visits totalling
        1,051,195.

Tangerang, 27 May 2025 – PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk ("Siloam"), a leading network of private
hospitals across Indonesia, announced its financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2025.

In 1Q25, Siloam delivered stable operational and financial performance, demonstrating disciplined
execution and effective network optimization. Despite seasonal softness from longer public holidays, the
Company maintained net revenue of Rp2.35 trillion (+0.4% YoY). Revenue intensity continued to improve,
from 10% YoY increase in Average Revenue per Occupied Bed (ARPOB) and 6% YoY increase in Average
Revenue per Patient Day (ARPD), demonstrating effective management and enhanced operational
standards that strengthen Siloam’s competitive position.

Siloam recorded 75,259 inpatient admissions and 233,109 inpatient days while outpatient visits remained
strong at over 1.05 million. The Company maintained 4,195 operational beds, with an occupancy rate
62.4% amid the longer holiday seasonality.

Key Achievements and Strategic Initiatives

Siloam is proud to announce the successful operation of the Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgery at Siloam
Hospitals Kebon Jeruk. As part of this achievement, two robot-assisted surgeries have been performed:
a Radical Prostatectomy and a Myomectomy combined with Salpingo-Oophorectomy. This milestone
reflects Siloam’s commitment to delivering advanced, high-quality care and strengthens Siloam’s position
as leader in healthcare innovation in Indonesia.

Additionally, Siloam successfully held the 5th Oncology Summit, attended by over 700 participants,
including 11 international and 89 national speakers covering 24 subspecialities in Oncology. This summit
featured symposiums, workshops, and poster competition, reflecting Siloam’s ongoing commitment to
advancing cancer care and medical education in Indonesia.

Siloam is also expanding its revenue stream by focusing on healthcare innovation. One of its key initiatives
includes the successful launch of Stroke Ready hospitals across 12 Siloam Hospitals. These facilities are
designed to provide rapid and specialized stroke care, supported by internationally recognized protocols
through the WSO Angels Awards. Each of these hospitals equipped with 24/7 specialist availability, a
trained multidisciplinary stroke team, advanced medical technology, and an integrated rapid response
system.

Furthermore, Siloam has opened the Sport and Medicine Centre at Siloam Hospitals Mampang to cater
sports-related medical needs. This center is equipped with cutting-edge technology and services,
including Bone Mineral Density analysis, Stem Cell Treatment, and a range of other advanced medical
offerings.

Commitment to Sustainability (ESG)

Siloam has published its 2024 Sustainability Report as a demonstration of its commitment to creating a
positive impact on the environment and society. Under the environmental pillar, Siloam has achieved ISO
14001 certification and made tangible progress in its decarbonization plan, including a 2% reduction in
waste generation intensity, a 10% decrease in electricity consumption intensity, and a 2.9% reduction in
Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity. In the social pillar, Siloam continues to offer scholarships for medical
professionals and has expanded the reach of key initiatives such as the SELANGKAH (Spirit to Fight Cancer)
program and the Papua Clinic, which have collectively served over 40,000 people across various regions
in Indonesia.

Siloam is also committed to achieving Net Zero by 2060, in alignment with Indonesia’s national target for
Net Zero Emissions in the same year. This commitment forms part of Siloam’s long-term strategy to build
a more sustainable and responsible healthcare system.
