Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi tertanggal 23 Mei 2025, yang
mana pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi telah
menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian dividen tahunan untuk
tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
kepada masing-masing pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri
Pharmasi (termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham
(saham seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar
Rp.73.012.500.000,- atau Rp.265.500.000,- per lembar
saham.

Penerimaan dividen ini berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkuler
Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
PT. Parit Padang Global tertanggal 23 Mei 2025, dimana
pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang Global telah menyetujui
penetapan dan pembagian dividen tahunan untuk tahun buku
yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024, kepada
masing-masing pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang Global
(termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham (saham
seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar Rp228.072.000.000,-
atau Rp258.000,- per lembar saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendapatan berupa dividen tahunan dari Perusahaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Terkendali Perseroan, yakni PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, PT. Parit Padang Global sebagaimana diuraikan di atas, tidak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berdampak material, baik terhadap kegiatan operasional,
Perusahaan Publik hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.
