(“The Company”) With due Respect, Referring to letter AKRA No.049/L-AKR-CS/2026 dated 30 Juni 2026 regarding the Information Disclosure on The Affiliate Transaction of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (The Company), and in compliance with the Regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 42/POJK.04/2020 (POJK 42) regarding Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, Information Disclosure with respect to transaction undertaken by the Company in connection with the Transfer of land located in Bitung from PT Harmas Sahabat Perkasa. In order to comply with POJK 42, we submit a summary of the transaction along with the assessment report and fairness opinion from TRUSCEL as an independent appraiser appointed by The Company.
