  Roadmap ESG PTPP periode 2024-2028 di atas telah disahkan melalui Surat Keputusan Direksi No.
  041/SK/PP/DIR/2024 tanggal 21 Mei 2024 tentang Penetapan Sasaran dan Roadmap Implementasi
  Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) PT PP (Persero) Tbk. Di tahun 2024 sebagai tahun awal
  roadmap ini dengan tahapan Igniting Journey, PTPP menargetkan untuk dapat menetapkan landasan
  komitmen jangka panjang dalam journey keberlanjutan.

Penjelasan:


Roadmap ESG PTPP periode 2024-2028 di atas telah disahkan melalui Surat Keputusan Direksi No.
041/SK/PP/DIR/2024 tanggal 21 Mei 2024 tentang Penetapan Sasaran dan Roadmap Implementasi
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) PT PP (Persero) Tbk. Di tahun 2024 sebagai tahun awal roadmap
ini dengan tahapan Igniting Journey, PTPP menargetkan untuk dapat menetapkan landasan komitmen jangka
panjang dalam journey keberlanjutan.

 Langkah nyata yang diambil Perusahaan untuk mendorong penghapusan pekerja anak dan kerja
 paksa dengan menetapkan kebijakan yang jelas tentang usia minimal karyawan maupun jam kerja
 karyawan. Sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Perusahaan, usia minimal karyawan PTPP adalah 18
 tahun, sedangkan jam kerja disepakati, yaitu 8 (delapan) jam sehari. Sementara itu, pada level dan
 jabatan karyawan tertentu yang dimungkinkan kerja lembur, Perusahaan memberikan kompensasi
 sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Perusahaan. Dengan menerapkan kebijakan tersebut, selama
 tahun pelaporan, tidak tercatat temuan kasus pekerja anak dan kerja paksa di PTPP
S-11 Perusahaan memiliki kebijakan perusahaan mengenai kesehatan dan
keselamatan kerja serta lingkungan kerja yang aman dan layak diberikan Ya
kepada seluruh karyawan?
 PTPP menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) yang berlaku untuk
 semua karyawan (100%), baik karyawan tetap maupun tidak tetap. Untuk menguatkan penerapan SMK3,
 PTPP telah membentuk Panitia Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (P2K3). Unit kerja ini
 merupakan badan pembantu di Perusahaan yang merupakan wadah kerja sama antara pengusaha dan
 tenaga kerja atau pekerja/buruh untuk mengembangkan kerja sama saling pengertian dan partisipasi efektif

 dalam penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Keanggotaan P2K3 terdiri dari unsur pengusaha dan
 tenaga kerja atau pekerja/buruh yang susunannya terdiri dari Ketua, Sekretaris dan Anggota. Keberadaan
 P2K3 PTPP telah diakui dan disahkan oleh Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta melalui Surat Keputusan No.
 SK:104/P2K3/VIII/2023 Hingga akhir tahun 2024, keanggotaan P2K3 di lingkup PTPP terdiri dari 15 orang
 dengan perwakilan dari karyawan sebanyak 9 orang dan 6 orang dari pengusaha/manajemen. Perubahan
 komposisi terjadi sejalan dengan jumlah proyek yang aktif yaitu 104 proyek. Untuk meningkatkan awareness
 dan efektifitas dalam penerapan sistem manajemen K3, setiap Divisi Operasi dan Proyek juga membentuk
 Tim P2K3 di area kerja masing-masing.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

 Realisasi pengembangan masyarakat oleh Perusahaan dilaksanakan melalui program Tanggung Jawab
 Sosial dan Lingkungan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (TJSL BUMN) dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan.
 Pelaksanaan TJSL diselenggarakan secara berkelanjutan melalui Program Pendanaan Usaha Mikro dan
 Usaha Kecil (UMK) dan Bantuan dan/atau Kegiatan Lainnya, serta Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial
 Perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR). PTPP menjalankan tanggung jawab sosial melalui 2
 (dua) program, yaitu Program Pendanaan UMK (PUMK), yaitu program untuk meningkatkan kemampuan
 usaha mikro dan usaha kecil agar menjadi tangguh dan mandiri dalam bentuk pemberian pinjaman dana
 bergulir untuk perkuatan modal usaha. Serta Program Pendanaan UMK (PUMK), yaitu program untuk
 meningkatkan kemampuan usaha mikro dan usaha kecil agar menjadi tangguh dan mandiri dalam bentuk
 pemberian pinjaman dana bergulir untuk perkuatan modal usaha.

 Direksi, serta seluruh karyawan senantiasa menjunjung tinggi persaingan yang fair, nilai sportifitas dan
 profesionalisme, serta prinsip- prinsip GCG. Perusahaan juga berkomitmen untuk menciptakan iklim usaha
 yang sehat, menghindari tindakan, perilaku ataupun perbuatan-perbuatan yang dapat menimbulkan konflik
 kepentingan, Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN) serta selalu mengutamakan kepentingan Perusahaan di
 atas kepentingan pribadi, keluarga, kelompok ataupun golongan. Perusahaan juga senantiasa
 memperhatikan kebijakan tentang anti korupsi seperti yang tertulis dalam Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun
 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana
 Korupsi.

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year


The company has compiled the PTPP ESG Roadmap for the period 2024-2028 which has been approved
through Board of Directors Decree No. 041/SK/PP/DIR/2024 dated May 21, 2024 concerning Determination of
Goals and Roadmap for the Implementation of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) of PT PP
(Persero) Tbk. In 2024 as the initial year of this roadmap with the Igniting Journey stage, PTPP targets to be able
to establish a long-term commitment foundation in the sustainability journey. So that in 2024 this is a baseline
that will be compared with next year's performance to monitor the reduction of its emissions.

    Policies related to sexual harassment are listed in the Occupational Health and Safety Policy. Meanwhile,
    the non-discrimination policy is contained in the human rights-based human resource development policy
    that accommodates equality at work (non-discrimination) as mandated by legislation in the field of
    employment.

    Policies on human rights are contained in human rights-based human resource development policies that
    accommodate equality at work (non-discrimination) as mandated by legislation in the field of labor and
    policies on child labor and forced labor.

    Concrete steps taken by the Company to encourage the elimination of child labor and forced
    work by establishing clear policies on the minimum age of employees and working hours
    of employees. As stipulated in the Company Regulation, the minimum age of PTPP employees is 18
    years old, while working hours are agreed upon, namely 8 (eight) hours a day. Meanwhile, at certain levels
    and positions of employees who are allowed to work overtime, the Company provides compensation
    as stipulated in the Company Regulations. By implementing these policies, during the reporting year, there
    were no findings of child labor and forced labor cases at PTPP.

health and safety as well as a safe working environment for all                  Yes

    PTPP implements an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) that applies to all
    employees (100%), both permanent and non-permanent employees. To strengthen the implementation of
    SMK3, PTPP has established the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (P2K3). This work unit is an
    auxiliary body in the Company which is a forum for cooperation between employers and labor or
    workers/laborers to develop mutual understanding and effective participation in the implementation of

  occupational safety and health. P2K3 membership consists of elements of employers and labor or workers /
  laborers whose composition consists of the Chairman, Secretary and Members. The existence of P2K3
  PTPP has been recognized and ratified by the Jakarta Manpower Office through Decree No. SK:
  104/P2K3/VIII/2023 Until the end of 2024, P2K3 membership within PTPP consists of 15 people with
  representatives from employees as many as 9 people and 6 people from employers/management. Changes
  in composition occur in line with the number of active projects, namely 104 projects. To increase awareness
  and effectiveness in the implementation of the K3 management system, each Operations and Project
  Division also formed P2K3 Teams in their respective work areas.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  The realization of community development by the Company is carried out through the State-Owned
  Enterprises Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
  The implementation of CSR is carried out on an ongoing basis through the Micro and Small Enterprise
  (MSE) Funding Program and Other Assistance and/or Activities, as well as the Corporate Social
  Responsibility (CSR) Program. PTPP carries out social responsibility through 2 (two) programs, namely the
  MSE Funding Program (PUMK), which is a program to improve the ability of micro and small businesses to
  become resilient and independent in the form of providing revolving fund loans to strengthen business
  capital. As well as the MSE Funding Program (PUMK), which is a program to improve the ability of micro
  and small businesses to become resilient and independent in the form of providing revolving fund loans to
  strengthen business capital.

 the Company's Articles of Association as well as the mandate of the Shareholders. Formal evaluation criteria

 PTPP has developed a Company Code of Ethics as stated in the Joint Statement of the Board of

 competition, the value of sportsmanship and professionalism, and GCG principles. The Company is also

 conflicts of interest, Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism (KKN) and always prioritizing the interests of the
 Company above personal, family, group or group interests. The Company also always pays attention to anti-
 corruption policies as written in Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law No. 31 of 1999
 concerning Eradication of Corruption.
