• Proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol IKN 3B-2 Segmen KKT Kariangau - SP. Tempadung, yang melewati
kawasan yang ditetapkan sebagai hutan lindung secara nasional. Salah satu segmen jalan yang
akan dibangun dalam proyek tersebut bersinggungan dengan Kawasan Hutan Lindung Sungai
Wain (HLSW). Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol IKN 3B-2 Segmen KKT Kariangau - SP. Tempadung
merupakan bagian dari proyek pembangunan fasilitas infrastruktur dan bangunan di Ibukota
Negara Nusantara (IKN).
• Sebagai langkah perlindungan untuk satwa yang termasuk dalam HLSW, hingga akhir tahun 2024
PTPP telah membangun 2 (dua) fasilitas jembatan satwa sesuai dengan arahan Kementerian
Lingkungan Hidup RI, Dirjen Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam dan Ekosistem.
• Proyek pembangunan Terminal Kontainer Pelabuhan Patimban, Jawa Barat dengan kegiatan
pengerukan pasir dan reklamasi. Sebagai langkah mitigasi terhadap gangguan pada biota
air, PTPP melakukan berbagai langkah mitigasi untuk dapat menyelaraskan dengan potensi
risiko lingkungan yang dapat terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil laporan dalam dokumen pemantauan
Dampak lingkungan Pelabuhan Patimban, dampak gangguan terhadap biota laut dari kegiatan proyek
Keanekaragaman dinyatakan tidak menimbulkan penurunan kelimpahan secara signifikan, artinya dampak
Hayati termasuk kategori dalam skala 1 (kategori kecil).
Biodiversity Impact • The construction project of IKN Toll Road 3B-2 Segment KKT Kariangau - SP. Tempadung passes
through an area designated as a national protected forest. One of the road segments to be built
in the project intersects with the Wain River Protected Forest (HLSW) Area. The IKN 3B-2 Toll Road
Construction Project KKT Kariangau Segment-SP. Tempadung is part of the project to develop
infrastructure facilities and buildings in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN).
• As a protection measure for animals included in HLSW, PTPP built two animal bridge facilities
until the end of 2024 following the directive of the Environment Ministry, Natural Resources and
Ecosystems Directorate General.
• The Patimban Port Container Terminal construction project in West Java involves sand dredging
and reclamation activities. As a mitigation measure against disturbances to aquatic biota, PTPP
takes various mitigation measures to harmonize with potential environmental risks that may
occur. Based on the report results in the Patimban Port environmental monitoring document, the
impact of disturbance to marine biota from project activities is declared not to cause a significant
decrease in abundance, meaning that the impact is categorized in scale 1 (minor category).

Allow me on this occasion, on behalf of all PTPP personnel,
to present a brief report and explanation of the progress
of the sustainability initiatives that have been carried out
until the end of 2024, all of which we have endeavored
to describe in this Sustainability Report. We are very
grateful for the journey of 2024. Although this year was
filled with challenges and quite stifling dynamics, PTPP
was able to complete its primary target of being able to
ratify the ESG Roadmap for the 2024-2028 period as a
fundamental strategy that will enable the Company to
