                       SILO Achieves 9.1% YoY Revenue Growth,
                      Setting the Stage for Next Generation Siloam

FY2024 vs FY2023 Financial and Operational Highlights:

    •   Net Revenue, Underlying EBITDA, and Underlying Net Profit reached Rp9.45tn, Rp2.76tn, and
        Rp1.26tn, reflecting YoY growth of 9.1%, 3.2%, and 0.9%, respectively.
    •   Patient volumes saw healthy growth in FY2024, with Inpatient Admissions reaching 326,030
        (+7.8%), Inpatient Days at 1,007,479 (+7.2%), and Outpatient Visits totalling 4,244,207 (+7.5%).

PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (“Siloam” or the “Company”; stock code: “SILO”)
Tangerang, 27 March 2025 – PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk ("Siloam"), a leading network of
private hospitals across Indonesia, announced its full-year 2024 financial and operational results, marking
the successful conclusion of its Siloam 5.0 strategy. With 9.1% YoY revenue growth and consistent
operational performance, Siloam demonstrated effective strategy execution and continuous network
optimization while maintaining a resilient underlying EBITDA margin of 29.2%. This solid performance has
set a solid foundation for the newly launched Next Generation Siloam (NGS) strategy, reflecting the
Company’s commitment to innovation, service excellence, and sustainable growth.

The Company’s operational framework focuses on resource optimization and cost management, driving
a 3.2% YoY increase in Underlying EBITDA to Rp2.76tn, and a 0.9% YoY rise in Underlying Net Profit to
Rp1.26tn. These financial results highlight the Company’s disciplined growth strategy, ensuring a balance
between financial performance and its commitment to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare
across Indonesia.

Siloam reported higher patient volumes, with Inpatient Admissions increasing by 7.8% to 326,030 and
Inpatient Days rising by 7.2% to 1,007,479. Outpatient visits grew by 7.5% to 4.24 million, consistently
surpassing 1 million visits per quarter, highlighting sustained outpatient demand.

Through continuous enhancements in its clinical programs, Siloam has achieved a 67% occupancy rate,
reflecting a 2.2% YoY increase, while maintaining 4,133 operational beds. The Company continues to
expand and optimize its Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, and Orthopedics (CONGO)
programs, strengthening its service complexity.

Siloam continuously enhances revenue intensity by investing in healthcare innovations and expanding
revenue streams. As Indonesia’s first private hospital to adopt Da Vinci Xi robotic-assisted surgery, Siloam
is advancing minimally invasive procedures for complex cases in cardiology, thoracic surgery,
gastroenterology, gynecology, and urology.

Additionally, Siloam’s integrated Clinical Research Services (CRS) support the healthcare industry,
collaborating with over 30 CROs, academics, and sponsors. To enhance diagnostic accuracy, patient
experience, and operational efficiency, we have invested in AI for both front and back-office operations.
For example, Siloam’s AI-driven medical record management system features voice-to-text capability that
accelerates diagnoses and enhances patient care while optimizing expenditures.

Siloam has been recognized for its exceptional commitment to sustainability with a Bronze Medal from
EcoVadis, achieving a score of 64 out of 100 and ranking in the top 21% globally within its industry. This
remarkable achievement reflects an impressive 18-point improvement from the previous year. As part of
its ESG initiatives, Siloam is now an active member of the Indonesia Global Compact Network (IGCN) and
has obtained ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety.
In alignment with Indonesia's national commitment, Siloam is now dedicated to achieving net-zero
emissions by 2060, reinforcing its pledge through comprehensive measures, including environmental
policies, a code of conduct, sustainable procurement guidelines, and a well-defined decarbonization plan.
