sebagaimana terlampir! In order with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
42/POJK.04/2020 on Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transaction ("POJK 42/2020”), we
hereby submit the Disclosure of Information on affiliate transaction between BTN and PT Binayasa
Putrabatara regarding the construction of the BTN Regional Office Building for Sulawesi, Maluku, and
