telah menandatangani Akta Jual Beli saham sehubungan
dengan saham-saham miliknya di FMN dan FMP dengan
rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Penjualan saham di FMN sejumlah 348.084 saham
atau mewakili 99,99% saham Perseroan di FMN dengan harga
Rp8.499.515.112,-
2. Penjualan saham di FMP sejumlah 242.156.121
saham atau mewakili 99,98 % dengan harga Rp6.
538.215.267,-
kepada PT Bersatu Universe Digital Indonesia
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Setelah penyelesaian transaksi penjualan saham, maka
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan berpotensi untuk menurunkan rugi periode/tahun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, berjalan Perseroan setelah transaksi sehingga diharapkan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan Perseroan pada masa
Perusahaan Publik yang akan datang

2. The Sale of shares in FMP totaling 242,156,121
shares or representing 99.98% at a price of Rp6,538,215,267,-
