Penerimaan dividen tahunan ini berdasarkan Keputusan
Sirkuler Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi dan Rapat Dewan
Komisaris PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi tertanggal 15 Juni
2026, yang mana Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris PT. Soho
Industri Pharmasi telah menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian
dividen tunai tahunan untuk Tahun Buku 2025, kepada
masing-masing pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi
(termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham (saham
seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar Rp178.750.000.000,-
(seratus tujuh puluh delapan miliar tujuh ratus lima puluh juta
Rupiah) atau Rp650.000.000,- (enam ratus lima puluh juta
Rupiah) per lembar saham.

Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99,9999%.

Penerimaan dividen tunai ini berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkuler
Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi dan Rapat Dewan Komisaris
PT. Parit Padang Global tertanggal 15 Juni 2026, yang mana
Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris PT. Parit Padang Global telah
menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian dividen tunai tahunan
untuk Tahun Buku 2025, kepada masing-masing pemegang
saham PT. Parit Padang Global (termasuk Perseroan) untuk
seluruh seri saham (saham seri A dan seri B) dengan total
Rp309.400.000.000,- (tiga ratus sembilan milyar empat ratus
juta Rupiah) atau Rp350.000,- (tiga ratus lima puluh ribu
Rupiah) per lembar saham
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendapatan berupa dividen tunai tahunan dari anak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan perusahaan Perseroan, yakni PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, PT. Parit Padang Global sebagaimana disebutkan di atas,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau tidak berdampak material, baik terhadap kegiatan operasional,
Perusahaan Publik hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

in Lieu of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners
Meeting of PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dated 15 June 2026,
wherein the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of
PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi has approved the determination
and distribution of annual cash dividends for the Financial Year
of 2025, to each shareholder of PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi
(including the Company) and for all series of shares (series A
and series B) with a total of IDR178,750,000,000 (one hundred
seventy-eight billion seven hundred fifty million Rupiah) or
