KB Data Systems Indonesia (“KBDSI”) untuk Jasa Pengadaan PC Phase III Project PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp. 10,410,758,820,- adalah: 1. Tidak mengandung Benturan Kepentingan: dan 2. Semua informasi material telah diungkapkan dan informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan. Demikian Surat Pernyataan ini dibuat untuk memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan tersebut. STATEMENT LETTER We, the undersigned, on behalf of the Board of Commissioners of : PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk (“Perseroan”) Gedung Kantor Pusat Bank KB Jalan M.T Haryono Kav, 50-51 Jakarta 12770 Regarding the Company's plan to submit a report on Affiliated Transactions as referred to in the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No.42/POJK.04/2020 dated July 2, 2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, specifically Chapter II Affiliated Transactions, Third Section- Disclosure of Information (Article 10 letter i), we hereby act as and on behaif of the Board of Commissioners of the Company: Declare that the Affiliated Transaction related to the appointment of PT. KB Data Systems Indonesia (“KBDSI”) for PC Procurement Services Phase III Project PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. with a transaction value of Rp. 10,410,758,820, - is: 1, No Conflict of Interest, and 2. Al material information has been discwsed and the information is not misleading. Therefore, this Declaration is made to fulfill the provisions of the Regulation.
