Pada tanggal 8 Februari 2021, Bank
Indonesia dan OJK menyetujui perubahan
logo dan nama baru Perseroan menjadi
PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. Atas dasar
persetujuan ini, Perseroan melakukan
publikasi perubahan logo dan nama baru
Perseroan pada Surat Kabar Harian
Nasional pada tanggal 23 Februari 2021.
Perubahan logo dan nama baru
Perseroan merupakan salah satu langkah
transformasi yang dijalankan oleh
Perseroan.

Perseroan juga memiliki dua anak
perusahaan, yaitu PT Bank KB Bukopin
Syariah dengan kepemilikan saham
sebesar 95.925 dan PT KB Bukopin
Finance dengan kepemilikan saham
sebesar 99.24”s, dengan hasil usaha
yang dikonsolidasikan ke dalam Laporan
Keuangan PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk.

this approval, the Company published
the change in the logo and new name of
the Company in the National Daily
Newspaper on February 23, 2021. The
change in the logo and new name of the
Company is one of the transformation
steps carried out by the Company.

The Company also has two subsidiaries,
namely PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah
with a shareholding of 95.92” and PT
KB Bukopin Finance with a shareholding
of 99.244, with business results
consolidated — into the Financial
Statements of PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk.

Perseroan melakukan usaha di bidang

perbankan sesuai dengan Anggaran
Dasar dan ketentuan perundang-
