                                   PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi (“SIP”), a Controlled
                                   Company of the Company, has made adjustments to
                                   Article 3 of the Articles of Association regarding the
                                   Purpose and Objectives and Business Activities
                                   (“Adjustments to the Articles of Association of
                                   SIP”), by adding classification code numbers in
                                   accordance           with        the         Indonesia
                                   Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) as follows:
                                   46443 – Wholesale Trade of Cosmetics for Humans

                                   Penyesuaian     Anggaran Dasar        SIP melalui
                                   penambahan kode klasifikasi bidang usaha tersebut
                                   dilakukan oleh SIP semata-mata untuk mematuhi
                                   ketentuan peraturan terbaru, yakni Peraturan Badan
                                   Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 12 Tahun 2023
                                   tentang Pengawasan Pembuatan dan Peredaran
                                   Kosmetik. Dengan penyesuaian ini, SIP selaku
                                   Perusahaan Terkendali dapat terus melaksanakan
                                   proses importasi dan kegiatan bisnisnya sebagaimana
                                   biasanya untuk produk-produk yang termasuk dalam

                                     kategori kosmetik impor.

                                     The Adjustments to the Articles of Association of SIP
                                     through the addition of business classification codes
                                     was made by SIP solely to comply with the provisions
                                     in the new regulation, namely the latest regulations,
                                     specifically the Regulation of the Food and Drug
                                     Supervisory Agency Number 12 of 2023 concerning
                                     the Supervision of the Manufacturing and Distribution
                                     of Cosmetics. With this adjustment, SIP, as a
                                     Controlled Company, can continue its import
                                     processes and business activities as usual for products
                                     that fall under the imported cosmetics category

                                         Company are not required to follow the procedures as
                                         set forth in POJK 17/2020.

                                         The Company is disclosing this information today,
                                         Monday, August 12, 2024, based on the date of receipt
                                         and acquisition of information from the Office of
                                         Notary Jimmy Tanal S.H., M.Kn on Friday, August 9,
                                         2024, confirming that the Decree of the Minister of
                                         Law and Human Rights approving the Amendment to
                                         Article 3 of the Articles of Association of PT. Soho
                                         Industri Pharmasi has been issued.
