mana pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi telah
menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian dividen tahunan untuk
tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
kepada masing-masing pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri
Pharmasi (termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham
(saham seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar
Rp.50.875.000.000,- atau Rp.185.000.000,- per lembar
saham.

Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
PT. Parit Padang Global tertanggal 25 Juli 2024, dimana
pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang Global telah menyetujui
penetapan dan pembagian dividen tahunan untuk tahun buku
yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023, kepada
masing-masing pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang Global
(termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham (saham
seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar Rp 102.102.000.000,-
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendapatan berupa dividen tahunan dari anak perusahaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, yakni PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dan PT. Parit
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Padang Global, tidak berdampak material, baik terhadap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau
Perusahaan Publik kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

financial year ended December 31, 2023, to each shareholder
