Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Informasi ini diterbitkan sehubungan dengan transaksi
Perseroan untuk melaksanakan sewa-menyewa ruangan
seluas 680 m2 (Enam Ratus Delapan Puluh Meter Persegi)
dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp 9.180.000.000,- (Sembilan
Miliar Seratus Delapan Puluh Juta Rupiah) milik Perseroan,
suatu perusahaan yang didirikan dan tunduk berdasarkan
hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di
Indonesia.
Sehubungan dengan Transaksi, Perseroan telah menunjuk (i)
Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik FELIX SUTANDAR DAN REKAN,
untuk melakukan penilaian atas Transaksi dan memberikan
pendapat atas kewajaran dari Transaksi sebagaimana diatur
dalam POJK 42/2020.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan analisis kewajaran Rencana Transaksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebagaimana diuraikan pada Keterbukaan Informasi ini dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, serta merujuk pada dokumen lampiran untuk informasi yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau lebih rinci, Rencana Transaksi Menyewakan Ruang Kantor
Perusahaan Publik yang dilakukan oleh PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk
adalah Wajar.

Type of Material Information or Facts between the Company and BMHS (Parent Entity)
Description of Material Information or This information is published in connection with the Company's
Facts transaction to lease a 680 m2 (Six Hundred and Eighty Square
Meters) space with a transaction value of Rp9,180,000,000,-
(Nine Billion One Hundred and Eighty Million Rupiah) owned
by the Company, a company established and subject to the
laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
In connection with the Transaction, the Company has
appointed (i) the Public Appraisal Service Office FELIX
SUTANDAR DAN REKAN, to assess the Transaction and
provide an opinion on the fairness of the Transaction as
regulated in POJK 42/2020.
Impact of event, material information or Based on the fairness analysis of the Transaction Plan as
facts towards Issuers or Public described in this Information Disclosure and referring to the
Company’s operational activities, legal, attached documents for more detailed information, the
financial condition, or going concern Transaction Plan to Rent Office Space carried out by PT
Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk was assessed Fair.
