menandatangani Perjanjian Sewa Menyewa Bangunan Ruko
Peta Barat Lt. 2 Nomor 018 BPS DIR V 24 yang dibuat di
bawah tangan dan bermaterai cukup, HDN sebagai Pihak
Penyewa dan Perseroan sebagai Pihak Yang Menyewakan
atas 1 (satu) unit Ruangan Kantor di Bangunan Ruko Lantai 2
(dua), terletak di Jalan Peta Barat Nomor 9A, Kelurahan
Pegadungan, Kecamatan Kalideres, Jakarta Barat, DKI
Jakarta dengan jangka waktu sewa selama 7 (tujuh) bulan
terhitung sejak 1 Juni 2024 sampai dengan 31 Desember
2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan dapat memaksimalkan aset yang dimiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sekaligus memberi proses yang lebih cepat tersedianya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, ruang kantor bagi HDN selaku anak usaha Perseroan.
