Siloam Hospitals Closed the Agenda of the General Meeting of
Shareholders for Fiscal Year 2023, Shareholders Approved the
Distribution of Dividends of Rp260 Billion for Fiscal Year 2023
PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk ("Siloam" or "Company"; stock code: "SILO")
Jakarta, 30 May 2024 – Siloam has closed all agendas of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)
for the fiscal year 2023 with full support from the shareholders.
The Company sustained its growth trajectory through execution of its 5-year strategy which resulted in
improvement in payer mix, strengthened capabilities to perform higher complexity clinical treatments,
improvements of service quality/patient journey, optimization of network expansion, and transformation of
digital healthcare delivery. As the result of the successful implementation and execution of the strategies
throughout 2023, Siloam’s Revenue, EBITDA, and Net Profit were booked at Rp8.66tn, Rp2.67tn, and
Rp1.25tn, growing 17.2%, 34.6%, and 75.5% compared to 2022.
The AGMS has also approved the distribution of dividends for the financial year 2023 amounting to Rp 260
billion, with a dividend payout ratio (DPR) of 21% of Net Income in 2023. Dividend per share was recorded at
Rp20,- per share. Cash dividend will be paid within 30 business days after the closing of AGM. The remaining
net profit for the 2023 financial is recorded as retained earnings to the Company.
The shareholders authorised the Board of Directors to allocate repurchased shares from the Management
and Employee Share Ownership Program (MESOP) (as approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company on 25 May 2023) to eligible participants based on achievement of agreed KPIs
for the purpose of aligning the goals of management with shareholders.
Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Rosan Perkasa Roeslani as the President Commissioner of
the Company. Mr. Rosan obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Finance at Oklahoma State
University, USA and a Master of Business Administration with a major in International Business Management
from the European University, Antwerp, Belgium. Through his experience and expertise in finance and
management, he developed his abilities and leadership by serving as President Commissioner various
industrie including Investment Committee member at Fortman Cline Asia, Commissioner at Saratoga
Investama Sedaya, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, and Vice President Commissioner at
PT Pertamina and Indonesian Ambassador for the USA. Management welcomes Mr. Rosan as the President
Commissioners of the Company and look forward for his guidance and wisdom to lead Siloam into next stages
of growth.
