Work Experiences

Riani graduated in accounting from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 2001. Her Certified Public
Accountant was obtained in 2006. She previously worked in a reputable Public Accounting Firms in Jakarta
from 2001 until 2010 with last position as Manager, and then in 2011 become Partner of KAP Tjahjadi &
Tamara.

She is the partner in charge of general audit including also financial due diligence, corporate restructuring for
public and private companies. She has been involved in complex audit assignment for many companies in
many industries. She also involved with the securities offering and has extensive experience in attestation and
identifying business risk and audit strategy for certain industry and advising company.
