memberikan gambaran tentang kelayakan dari
penambahan kegiatan usaha Perseroan yang
selanjutnya akan digunakan Perseroan, dan
perubahan Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar dalam rangka
adanya penambahan kegiatan usaha utama pada
Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dengan merujuk
pada Klasfikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia
(KBLI) tahun 2020, dengan memperhatikan
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material Dan
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha.

Berdasarkan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan yang

tertuang dalam akta Anggaran Dasar no. 7 tanggal

24 Agustus 2021, dimana dalam pasal 3 tertuang

maksud dan tujuan kegiatan usaha terdiri dari :

1 Industri Pengolahan di bidang industry
non woven (bukan tenunan) , mencakup
usaha industry kain yang di buat tanpa
proses anyaman atau perajutan. (KBLI
13993)

2. Industri pengelolaan di bidang industry
serat staple buatan, mencakup usaha
pembuatan serat staple buatan, seperti
Poliamid, polyester, rayon, viscose, akrilik,
selulosa asetat, dan sebagainya (kecuali
serat gelas dan serat optic) untuk diolah
lebih lanjut dalam industry testil. (KBLI
20302).

6. Industri Pengolahan di bidang industry
persiapan serat tekstil dengan KBLI 13111

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau
fakta material tersebut terhadap

Pada prinsipnya transaksi ini dilakukan dalam

The company plans to add a new business field,
namely the manufacture and sale of resin (chips).

At the Company's EGMS on 22 May 2024 there will
be a special agenda item in the form of a discussion
of a feasibility study regarding changes to the
Company's business activities: and Approval of
changes and adjustments to Article 3 of the
Company's Articles of Association regarding the
Aims and Objectives and Business Activities of the
Company, with reference to the KBLI (Standard
Classification of Indonesian Business Fields)

Discussion of the feasibility study regarding
changes to Business Activities in the form of
additional Main Business Activities, reviewed from
various aspects to provide an overview of the
feasibility of additional business activities of the
Company which will then be used by the Company,
and changes to Article 3 of the Articles of
Association in the context of additional main
business activities in Article 3 of the Articles of
Association The Company's basis refers to the 2020
Standard Classification of Indonesian Business
Fields (KBLI), taking into account the Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number
17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material
Transactions and Changes in Business Activities.

Based on the Company's Articles of Association as

24 August 2021, where in article 3 the aims and

objectives of business activities consist of:

1. Processing Industry in the non-woven
industry, including fabric industry businesses
that are made without a weaving or knitting

polyamide, polyester, rayon, viscose, acrylic,
cellulose acetate, and so on (except glass fiber
and optical fiber) for further processing in the
textile industry. (KBLI 20302).

If the Plan for Additional New Business Activities
can be approved at the next EGMS, then article 3
of the Company's Articles of Association will be as
follows:

with KBLI 13993

2. Processing industry in the field of artificial
staple fiber industry with KBLI 20302

3. Processing Industry in the field of non-metallic
material recovery industry with KBLI 38302

4. Processing Industry in the field of pillow
making industry and similar with KBLI 13923

5. Processing industry in the furniture industry
whose main materials are not wood, rattan,
bamboo, metal and plastic with KBLI 31009

6. Processing Industry in the field of textile fiber
preparation industry with KBLI 13111
