With respect, We, PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (“Company”) hereby would like to submit the Disclosure of Material Fact or Information as reguired by (i) Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No.31/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Disclosure of Material Fact or Information by Emission of Public Listed Company (“POJK 31/2015”): and (ii) Amendment Regulation Number I-E regarding Obligation to Submit Information, Attachment to the Decree of Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-000666/BEI/09- 2022 dated October 1, 2022, herewith the Company extend the disclosure of information on the affiliated transaction that has been carried out by the Company.
