Transaksi Afiliasi oleh Perseroan untuk Pengadaan Pembelian Mesin ATM Perseroan sebanyak 164 Unit dengan nilai transaksi sebesar Rp. 21,957,134,153 (dua puluh satu miliar sembilan ratus lima puluh tujuh juta seratus tiga puluh empat ribu seratus lima puluh tiga rupiah) termasuk PPN kepada PT KB Data Systems Indonesia (KBDSI), sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku dan tidak mengandung Benturan Kepentingan, dan 2. Perseroan telah mengungkapkan sepenuhnya informasi atau fakta material mengenai Transaksi Afiliasi terkait transaksi Pengadaan Pembelian Mesin ATM Perseroan adalah benar dan tidak menyesatkan. STATEMENT LETTER We, the undersigned, on behalf of the Board of Directors of: PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (“Perseroan”) Gedung KB Bank Jalan M.T. Haryono Kav. 50-51, Jakarta 12770 Regarding the Company's plan to submit a report on Affiliated Transaction as referred to in the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 42/POJK.04/2020 dated July 2, 2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, specifically Chapter II Affiliated Transactions, Third Section - Information Disclosure of Information (Article 10 i), we hereby act as and on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company. Stating truthfully that: 1. Related Transactions of the Company for the purchase of 164 units of ATMs from PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk with a transaction value of Rp. 21,957,134,153 (twenty-one billion nine hundred and fifty- seven million one hundred and thirty-four thousand one hundred and fifty-three rupiahs) after VAT to PT KB Data Systems Indonesia (KBDSI) is in accordance with applicable procedures and does not involve any conflict of interest, and 2. The Company has fully disclosed the information or material facts regarding the Related Transactions relating to the company ATM Machine Purchase Procurement Transaction is true and not misleading.
