Tidak mengandung Benturan Kepentingan: dan 2. Semua informasi material telah diungkapkan dan informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan. Jl. Declares that the Related Transaction of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk to PT KB Data Systems Indonesia (KBDSI) for the procurement of the purchase of ATMs of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk as many as 164 units with —a transaction value of IDR 21,957,134,153 (twenty-one billion nine hundred and fifty-seven million one hundred and thirty-four thousand one hundred and fifty-three rupiahs) after VAT is: 1. No Conflict of Interest, and 2. All material information has been disclosed and the information is not misleading.
