(021) 7980625, 7980238 Perseroan bertanggungjawab atas kebenaran dari seluruh informasi material yang dimuat dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini dan setelah melakukan penelitian secara seksama atas informasi- informasi yang tersedia mengenai transaksi, dengan ini menyatakan bahwa sepanjang pengetahuan dan keyakinan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris tidak ada fakta penting atau material lainnya yang relevan sehubungan dengan transaksi ini yang belum diungkapkan yang dapat menyebabkan Keterbukaan Informasi ini menjadi tidak benar atau menyesatkan. PENDAHULUAN Keterbukaan iniformasi ini dibuat dalam rangka pemenuhan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepetingan, dengan ini kami sampaikan informasi terkait transaksi afiliasi antara PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk (“Perseroan”) dengan PT. KB Data System Indonesia (“KBDSI”). Il. INFORMASI SINGKAT MENGENAI PERSEROAN A. PERSEROAN 1. Umum Perseroan pada awalnya didirikan sebagai bank dengan badan hukum Koperasi pada tanggal 10 Juli 1970 dengan nama Bank Umum Koperasi Indonesia (disingkat Bukopin), didirikan The Company is responsible for the correctness of all material information contained in this Disclosure of Information and after conducting careful research on the available information regarding transactions, hereby declares that to the knowledge and belief of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners there are no important facts or other relevant material in connection with this transaction that has not been disclosed which may cause this Disclosure of Information to be incorrect or misleading. INTRODUCTION This disclosure of information is made in order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, we hereby convey information related to Affiliated transactions between between PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk (“Company”) with PT. KB Data System Indonesia (“KBDSI”). Il. BRIEF INFORMATION COMPANY A. COMPANY 1. Pada tanggal 8 Februari 2021, Bank Indonesia dan OJK menyetujui perubahan logo dan nama baru Perseroan menjadi PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. Atas dasar persetujuan ini, Perseroan melakukan publikasi perubahan logo dan nama baru Perseroan pada Surat Kabar Harian Nasional pada tanggal 23 Februari 2021. Perubahan logo dan nama baru Perseroan merupakan salah satu langkah transformasi yang dijalankan oleh Perseroan. Perseroan juga memiliki dua anak perusahaan, yaitu PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 95.924 dan PT KB Bukopin Finance dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99.247, dengan hasil usaha yang dikonsolidasikan ke dalam Laporan Keuangan PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. Struktur Permodalan dan Kepemilikan Saham Berdasarakan Surat Keterangan Komposisi Pemegang Saham PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. yang dikeluarkan oleh Biro Administrasi Efek (BAE) PT DATINDO ENTRYCOM No. DE/IV/25- 1200 tanggal 08 April 2025, struktur permodalan dan komposisi kepemilikan saham Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut: 116 Kav. 50-51 Jakarta Selatan - Indonesia 12770 established with the Deed of Establishment dated April 21, 1970 which was legalized as a legal entity based on the Decree of the Director General of Cooperatives No. 013 / Dirdjen / Kop / 70 dated July 10, 1970 and registered in the General Register of the Directorate General of Cooperatives No. 8251 dated July 10, 1970. On February 8, 2021, Bank Indonesia and OJK approve to change the Company's new logo and name to PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. On the basis of this approval, the Company published the change in the logo and new name of the Company in the National Daily Newspaper on February 23, 2021. The change in the logo and new name of the Company is one of the transformation steps carried out by the Company. The Company also has two subsidiaries, namely PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah with a shareholding of 95.924 and PT KB Bukopin Finance with a shareholding of 9924”, with business results consolidated into the Financial Statements of PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. . Capital Structure and Share Ownership Based on the certificate of shareholder composition of PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. issued by the Securities Administration Bureau (BAE) PT DATINDO ENTRYCOM No. DE/IV/25- 1200 dated April 8, 2025, the capital structure and shareholding composition of the Company are as follows:

KB Data System Indonesia berdasarkan Akta No. 7 tanggal 2 Februari 2021 dan telah mendapat persetujuan dari KEMENKUMHAM melalui keputusan mentri hukum dan hak asasi manusia nomor AHU-0008408.AH.01.01.Tahun 2021. Anggaran Dasar Perseroan mengalami perubahan berdasarkan Akta No. 6 tanggal 10 Maret 2021 dan telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari KEMENKUMHAM melalui keputusan mentri hukum dan hak asasi manusia nomor AHU-0015100.AH.01.02Tahun 2021. 2.
