untuk menjalankan kegiatan usaha yang sudah tertera dalam
Anggaran Dasar tetapi belum dijalankan oleh Perseroan.
Sesuai dengan Pasal 22 ayat (1) huruf a POJK No. 17/2020,
rencana Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha wajib untuk memperoleh
persetujuan RUPS yang rencananya akan diselenggarakan
pada tanggal 23 Mei 2025, dan Perseroan wajib untuk
menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi mengenai rencana
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perubahan kegiatan usaha tersebut tidak menimbulkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak yang material bagi Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Disclosure of Information to the Shareholders of the Company
Facts is made in connection with the Company's plan to carry out
business activities that are already listed in the Articles of
Association but have not yet been undertaken by the
Company. In accordance with Article 22 paragraph (1) letter a
of POJK No. 17/2020, the plan for the Change in Business
Activities must obtain approval from the GMS, which is
planned to be held on May 23, 2025, and the Company is
required to provide Disclosure of Information regarding the
plan for the Change in Business Activities

facts towards Issuers or Public impact on the Company
