(“The Company”) With due Respect, Referring to the Regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 42/POJK.04/2020 (POJK 42) regarding Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, hereby on behalf of the Company's Board of Directors, we convey Information Disclosure with respect to the transaction undertaken by the Company regarding capital contribution in the establishment of a joint venture company with Affiliated Party. In order to comply with POJK 42, we submit a summary of the transaction along with the assessment report and fairness opinion from TRUSCEL as an independent appraiser appointed by The Company.
