Regarding the Company's plan to submit a
report on Affiliated Transactions as referred to
in the Financial Services Authority Regulation
(POJK) No.42/POJK.04/2020 dated July 2, 2020
concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict
of Interest Transactions, specifically Chapter II
Affiliated Transactions, Third Section-Disclosure
of Information (Article 10 letter i), we hereby
act as and on behalf of the Board of Directors of
the Company,

Stating truthfully that :

1. Affilated Transaction related to the
appointment of KB Securities Hong Kong
Limited (“KBHK”) to act as Joint Bookrunners
(JBR's) in the Transaction of Issuance of
Senior Unsecured Notes denominated in
United States Dollar with a transaction value
of 0.50X of the principal amount of the
Notes minus USD 8,282.53 does not contain
Conflict of Interest, and

2. The Company has disclosed fully that the
information or material facts regarding the
Affiliated Transactions related to the
payment of management commission and
guarantee commission to KB Securities Hong
Kong Limited (“KBHK”) are true and not
misleading.
