Approval of changes to the composition of the Company's Management
PERUBAHAN PENGURUS PERSEROAN / CHANGES COMPOSITION OF THE COMPANY’S MANAGEMENT
Menerima pengunduran diri Bapak Kang Ho Chang dari jabatannya sebagai Komisaris Perseroan, terhitung sejak ditutupnya Rapat Umum Pemegang Luar Biasa
ini dengan ucapan terima kasih atas sumbangan tenaga dan pikiran yang diberikan selama menjabat sebagai Komisaris Perseroan;
Accept the resignation of Mr. Kang Ho Chang from his position as Commissioner of the Company, effective as of the closing of this Extraordinary General Meeting
of Shareholders with gratitude for the contribution of energy and thought given during his tenure as Commissioner of the Company;
Menyetujui pengangkatan Bapak Ko Dae Jin sebagai Komisaris Perseroan terhitung mulai tanggal Penutupan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa ini.
Pengangkatan tersebut berlaku efektif terhitung sejak diperoleh persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan atas Penilian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan (fit &proper
test).
Approved the appointment of Mr. Ko Dae Jin as Commissioner of the Company effective as of the closing date of this Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders. The appointment is effective as of the date of approval from the Financial Services Authority for the fit & proper test.
Dengan demikian terhitung sejak ditutupnya Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa pada tanggal 03 September 2024, susunan pengurus Perseroan sebagai
