bahwa Perseroan telah menyelenggarkan Rapat that the Company has held an Annual General

(“Rapat”) pada hari Kamis, 30 Mei 2024, dengan “Meeting”) on Thursday, 31 May 2024 attended by
dihadiri oleh Sriwi Bawana Nawaksari, S.H., M.Kn., Sriwi Bawana Nawaksari, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in
Notaris di Kabupaten Tangerang. Tangerang Regency.
