3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material | : Pada tanggal 12 Oktober 2023, Perseroan telah
   Description of Material Information or   menjual seluruh saham yang dimilikinya pada PT
   Material Fact                            EcoOils Jaya Indonesia (“PT EJI”) yaitu sebanyak
                                            24.000 (dua puluh empat ribu) saham (“Saham
                                            yang Dijual”) yang mewakili 10% (sepuluh persen)

                                        dari total modal disetor dan ditempatkan PT EJI
                                        (“Transaksi”) kepada:

                                        a. EcoOils Pte. Ltd. sebesar 21.600 (dua puluh
                                           satu ribu enam ratus) saham; dan
                                        b. EcoOils Sdn. Bhd. Sebesar 2.400 (dua ribu
                                           empat ratus) saham.

                                        Sehubungan dengan jual beli atas Saham yang
                                        Dijual tersebut, Perseroan (selaku Penjual) dengan
                                        EcoOils Pte. Ltd. dan EcoOils Sdn. Bhd. (secara
                                        bersama-sama        sebagai     Pembeli)      telah
                                        menandatangani Akta Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham
                                        tertanggal 12 Oktober 2023 (“AJB Saham”).

                                        Adapun sesuai dengan AJB Saham, baik Perseroan
                                        dan EcoOils Pte. Ltd. dan EcoOils Sdn. Bhd., telah
                                        menyepakati jual beli atas Saham yang Dijual,
                                        dengan tetap tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan
                                        yang tercantum pada AJB Saham.

                                        On October 12, 2023, the Company has sold all the
                                        shares it owns in PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia (“PT
                                        EJI”) or 24,000 (twenty four thousand) shares
                                        (“Sale Shares”) representing 10% (ten percent) of
                                        the total paid up and issued capital of PT EJI
                                        (“Transaction”) to:

                                        a. EcoOils Pte. Ltd. in the amount of 21,600
                                           (twenty one thousand six hundred) shares; and
                                        b. EcoOils Sdn. Bhd. in the amount of 2,400 (two
                                           thousand four hundred) shares.

                                        In connection with the sale and purchase of the
                                        Sale Shares, the Company (as the Seller) and
                                        EcoOils Pte. Ltd. and EcoOils Sdn. Bhd. (together as
                                        the Buyers) have signed a deed of Sale and
                                        Purchase Agreement dated 12th October 2023
                                        (“SPA of Shares”).

                                                       In accordance with the SPA of Shares, both the
                                                       Company and EcoOils Pte. Ltd. and EcoOils Sdn.
                                                       Bhd., have agreed to the sale and purchase of the
                                                       Sale Shares, subject to the terms and conditions
                                                       stated in the SPA of Shares.

4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta : Transaksi ini tidak berdampak negatif terhadap
   material tersebut terhadap kegiatan     kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan
   operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,   atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Rincian
   atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau     selengkapnya dapat dilihat pada Keterbukaan
   Perusahaan Publik | The impact of such  Informasi terlampir.
   material information or fact to the
   Issuer or Public Company’s operational, This Transaction has no negative impact on the
   law, financial condition or business    operational activities, law, financial condition, or
