untuk hotel di Lantai 9, 10 dan 11 Gedung Citi Hub yang
terletak di Sentra Bisnis Artha Gading Blok D kav. 3 Kelapa
Gading Barat, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta kepada PT. PT.
Wahana Makmur Jaya
Penggantian Harga peralihan investasi atas aset dilaksanakan
tanpa pembayaran dalam bentuk tunai, akan tetapi dengan
cara diinbrengkan sebagai penyetoran modal dalam bentuk
lain selain uang untuk sebanyak 31.982 lembar saham baru
yang akan diterbitkan Pembeli yang mewakili 13,79 persen,
dari seluruh modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam
PT.Wahana makmur Jaya
